Fox has officially announced that The X Factor's third season will be chock full of girl power. After rumors began circulating that former Destiny's Child member and U.K. X Factor judge Kelly Rowland and Latina singer and actress Paulina Rubio would join the team, we knew it wouldn't be long before the network confirmed the news.
